Elgana is a communication service provided by NTT West Japan.

To use this application, a separate application must be made in the name of a corporation/organization.

• Security

Installation instructions:

1. Tap on "Get" to install "Elgana".
2. Tap the app icon that appears on your device's home screen to launch it.
3. On the login screen, enter the Workspace ID, Login ID, and Password notified by the administrator to log in.

Permissions required to use Elgana are as follows:

• Access to photos, media, and files on the device: Used for setting profile and group images, as well as sending images/videos in chat.
• Outgoing calls and management: Used for generating the necessary ID for device authentication.
• Record audio: Utilized for microphone access during voice calls. Call recordings are not stored.
• Access to contacts: Used for sending push notifications. No access is made to user contact data.
• Take pictures and videos: Utilized for setting profile/group images and sending images/videos in chat.
